During periods of increased order activity, additional processing time may be required for our warehouse teams to prepare, pack, and dispatch customer purchases. The delivery estimates displayed on our website refer exclusively to the transportation period managed by the selected courier and do not include the time needed to process an order before shipment. These estimates are generally based on business days for metropolitan delivery areas. Actual arrival times may vary depending on the destination, local delivery conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.

The time required to dispatch an order may depend on product availability and warehouse stock levels. Any arrival dates or delivery windows provided on our website should therefore be treated as approximate rather than guaranteed commitments. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal service interruptions, courier network issues, or other external events that we cannot reasonably control. Customers should also allow for longer processing and delivery periods during major promotions, seasonal campaigns, and sale events, when order volumes may be significantly higher than usual. Our published transit estimates are supplied by third-party shipping providers and may change according to the delivery destination and other operational factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I.AM.GIA (US) accepts no liability for losses, expenses, or damages suffered by customers or other parties as a result of estimated delivery dates or timeframes not being achieved. Product prices and shipping charges displayed during checkout do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country, except where we specifically state otherwise.

We make every reasonable effort to dispatch purchases received before 11AM PDT on the same business day. Orders submitted after this daily cutoff, as well as purchases placed on weekends or public holidays, will generally be handled on the following available business day. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant shipment information. If your purchase has still not arrived within 15 business days from the date the order was placed, please contact our customer support team at help@byamsges.it.com so that we can assist with an inquiry.

For deliveries to addresses within the United States, I.AM.GIA (US) will currently pay the applicable duties and tariff charges. As a result, the total displayed at checkout represents the amount customers are expected to pay for their purchase and delivery, without additional duty or tariff payments being required for these domestic shipments.

Orders containing several products may occasionally be divided into multiple shipments. This can happen when the merchandise is held at different warehouse facilities or when items are prepared for dispatch at separate locations. Each parcel will have an individual tracking number, allowing customers to follow the progress of each shipment independently. We will also send separate email notifications whenever another portion of the order leaves our warehouse. Splitting an order into multiple packages will not result in additional shipping fees for the customer.

Our delivery service is not available for post office boxes or parcel locker addresses. Orders submitted with either of these address types cannot proceed through the normal shipping process. If an order contains an unsupported delivery address, our team will contact the customer and request a valid alternative location. Customers must respond with updated address details within 48 hours of receiving our notification. If no response is received during that period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

All merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse in the United States using third-party courier companies selected by I.AM.GIA (US). The available shipping services will correspond to the delivery option chosen during checkout. Customers can review the available methods and estimated transit periods after entering their shipping address. By completing a purchase, customers authorize the delivery carrier to leave the parcel at the address provided without requiring a signature. If no one is available when the courier arrives, the package may be placed in a suitable unattended location at the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the address and other delivery information entered during checkout are complete and accurate. Once the carrier records a parcel as delivered to the specified address, neither I.AM.GIA (US) nor the courier accepts responsibility for subsequent theft, damage, or disappearance of the merchandise, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where a customer has authorized an unattended delivery, claims for refunds, replacement merchandise, or another delivery attempt due to a parcel being missing or stolen after delivery may be unavailable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Please carefully check all address details before submitting your order, including the street number, unit or apartment information, postal code, and contact details. Shipping services and estimated delivery periods are not identical across all destinations. We reserve the right to revise, suspend, or discontinue available delivery methods at any time without providing advance notice. If you need assistance with shipping arrangements, delivery estimates, or an existing shipment, please contact our customer care team at northamerica@iamgia.com.

Any currency conversion figures shown through our website are provided for general reference and should not be regarded as guaranteed transaction amounts. Although customers may use the currency display tool to view approximate prices in their preferred local currency, all checkout totals are calculated and presented in United States dollars. Order confirmation messages and invoices will likewise show the transaction amounts in USD.

The actual amount charged to your payment method may differ from the approximate local currency value displayed on the website. Your bank or payment provider determines the exchange rate applied when processing the transaction and may also add foreign currency conversion or processing fees. Consequently, the rate displayed on our platform may not correspond exactly to the rate used by your financial institution. Any additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control, and customers should consult their financial institution if they require details about the final converted amount.

Customers placing orders for delivery outside the United States should be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs assessments, taxes, or other government charges. These amounts are determined by the customs authorities in the receiving country and are not included in the product prices or standard shipping fees displayed at checkout. The applicable charges may depend on several factors, including the declared value of the merchandise, the materials used in its manufacture, and the country in which the products were produced.

Customs requirements and import procedures differ between countries and regions. Since the relevant authorities make their own assessments when an international parcel arrives, we cannot calculate or guarantee the exact amount a customer may be required to pay in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the import regulations that apply to their location and to check whether additional payments will be necessary before completing an international purchase. We provide access to reference links for customs-related information so customers can review relevant resources before placing an order.

If a customer refuses delivery because they do not wish to pay the import duties, taxes, or other customs charges required by the destination authorities, the parcel may be returned to us. In such circumstances, the refund will be reduced by applicable restocking charges and the original shipping costs. Customers should therefore consider potential customs expenses and local import requirements before ordering internationally, as refusing a shipment does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund of the original purchase amount.
